Cancellation Policy
I appreciate the importance of the time we share, and I recognize that others also value their appointments. To ensure that everyone receives the attention they deserve, I kindly request that all clients arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of service time.
In terms of cancellations, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, providing this notice enables us to accommodate other clients who may wish to utilize the available time. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a fee being added to your account, which must be settled before any future appointments can be scheduled.
